Can I change or cancel my order one it has been placed?

Within 24 hours of placing an order, you have a right to ask our customer services over WhatsApp to cancel an item, change the size or edit your shipping details. We’ll be unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order after 24 hours. If you want to make any amendments after 24 hours, please WhatsApp us for assistance. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled after the duration of 24 hours.

How will cancelled orders be refunded?

All orders cancelled will be refunded as store credit only.

  • There is no Return & exchange policy as per customer's liking or disliking of the product.
  • Company does not offer a “refund” or “money back guarantee” on purchased items.

Do you allow exchanges?

We have a strict “No Exchange/ No Refund” policy. We will only entertain a request for an exchange if the product(s) received has a manufacturing defect or any damage. To be eligible for an exchange, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please note any order with customization in size, fabric or anything else will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.

Please consider all discounted sales final. We do not accept any return or exchange on sale items, unless we deliver the incorrect order.

No exchange claim applies in case of color variation from the product shown as actual product colors may vary due to various reasons detailed in the Disclaimer.
